At KA-BAR, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a straightforward return process for unused items within 30 days of purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations or arrives with a defect, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the unused knife or tool in its original packaging, ensuring all sheaths and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to KA-BAR

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our New York facility, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item for quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
